Numiscue uses Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics and handles messages sent to its contact email. Analytics involves browser identifiers and technical visit data. There are no user accounts.
What this site uses and what it does not
- Analytics cookies. Google Analytics 4 can set first-party cookies such as
_gato distinguish visitors and sessions. Blocking cookies alone does not necessarily stop analytics requests. - Visit statistics. Google Analytics 4 counts visits and provides traffic reports. No other analytics product is included in the site code.
- No advertising. No ad network, no tracking pixels, no retargeting.
- Local fonts and tool scripts. Typefaces and the address identifier script are served from this domain. The Google Analytics tag is loaded from Google, which receives visit data.
- No embedded content. No videos, no social widgets, no comment system, no iframes.
- No accounts, no logins, no newsletter. There is nothing to sign up for.
- No forms that transmit anything. The one input on the site is described below and never leaves your device.
Visit statistics and your controls
The site includes Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-DC8VQ2LWYD). Its default collection includes page addresses, referrers, browser and device information, approximate location and browser identifiers stored in cookies such as _ga. The site code does not send names, email addresses or the address identifier’s pasted text as analytics fields. Visit data is processed by Google; it is not limited to email correspondence held by Numiscue.
You can block the Google Analytics tag with a browser or content blocker, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The articles and local tools work without the analytics tag. Google explains its default data collection and cookie use; these pages were checked on 15 October 2026.
What the hosting layer sees
Serving a page requires a request, and requests carry technical information: your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser's user-agent string and, if you arrived from a link, the referring page. This is standard for any website and cannot be avoided while still delivering a page to you.
The site is served through a content delivery network, which handles that request and provides security and caching. Its operator processes those technical details as part of delivering the site. No identifying information is collected from those logs, combined with anything else, or used to build a profile.
The address-format identifier tool
The address-format identifier accepts text you paste, identifies compatible format families and states when the intended network is ambiguous. It is worth being precise about what happens to that text.
The identifier checks the pasted text in JavaScript on your device. Its hash functions run locally rather than calling a checksum service, and the identifier does not send, save or log that text. Once the page has loaded, its checks also work offline. The page still loads the Google Analytics tag described above, so local address checking does not mean the page makes no analytics requests.
Links to other sites
This site links to project documentation, source repositories, block explorers and one exchange. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site under their privacy policy, and this one no longer applies. Their practices are not something Numiscue can speak for.
One referral link is published, on the buying guide. Following it hands the exchange a referral code so that it can attribute the account — that happens because you clicked, not in the background, and this site sets no cookie, pixel or tracking script of its own to bring it about. What the exchange records from then on is governed by its privacy policy, not this one. The funding disclosure page records the arrangement. Ordinary source links still take you to third-party sites governed by their own privacy policies.
If you write to wzno98@numiscue.com, the message and your address are held for as long as it takes to deal with what you wrote about. Correspondence is not added to a mailing list, shared, or used for anything other than replying. There is no mailing list to add it to.
Your rights
Under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, and comparable laws elsewhere, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to portability.
For requests about data handled by Numiscue, write to the address above and explain what you would like done. Email correspondence and analytics data are different records; the browser controls described above let you limit future analytics collection.
Delivering a requested website and replying to correspondence are separate activities from visit analytics. The hosting, email and analytics sections describe what each involves. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
